Other than changing poses, is there a fix for this?
Ah, not my area of "expertise" then.
In Poser I'd try the direct morphing tool to press and smooth the mesh until I got it looking right.
Short of that, I'd resort to Photoshop. :/

Ahhh, i think ive already installed it just havent used it.

if you don't come right with the adjustment morphs, you could look at the weight maps in the dress for the left and right thigh bones and see about smoothing their edges out near the crotch if they have transferred with sharp edges
