A lot of peoples are having problems with googledrive links, to solve this problem you need do 2 clicks in download
By example:
https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1UFxBQrkmZ6ww07UPNglHCNfRQ4geIdB7&export=download
Once clicked two times, the download link will change to
https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?export=download&confirm=zNeK&id=1UFxBQrkmZ6ww07UPNglHCNfRQ4geIdB7and you could upload freely, instead to report as dead link, you need to do this.
