What is this? I've been a member here for half a decade, ok I've been absent for a few months, but I've never seen this message in my life. I have to wait a month for this pirated hairstyle to become available? Why? Is this a bug? When did this start happening?

The scheduled blog post option is over 4 years old, and the new request system will be 2 years old soon.
The user can schedule their blog posts and their public request fills from 0 to 30 days, it's their buys, it's their shares, it's their rules.

I can't speak for those who use this system but the suggested logic behind it is to allow PAs to earn some sales before their stuff goes into the wild. The first few weeks being the period when most of their sales occur.
