A couple of months back, I started a thread inquiring as to whether or not anyone had some old props that I had lost when my old HDD died.
The props themselves were a Royal orb and sceptre - Poser products, but worked well in Daz - and as far as I could recall, I had bought them from RDNA (like a lot of old stuff I have). People were very helpful and one user sent me links to a load of old RDNA stuff, but I still couldn't find the products, which I was sure were called DNA - Royals. Turns out, they weren't; as DNA-Royals are completely different items, and now I'm not even sure if I bought them from RDNA. Maybe they were Content Paradise products? Or old Rendo stuff? Sadly, I don't even have a render of them, as I lost a huge amount of old stuff - artworks included, and I cannot find them anywhere online.
I'm starting to think that there's a Mandela Effect situation going on here, because they seem to have vanished without a trace and no one can remember them! Lol Even doing a search on Yandex yielded no results; and Yandex has never let me down before.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me locate the props.
@ethiopia I think there was a crown as well and maybe a sword, but I rarely used them. I know it was part of a three or four part set. I only ever used the orb and sceptre. I have located an old PSD of a work in progress from 2012 that I never finished, where I used them, but in the WIP I had made the orb transparent and filled it with tiny skulls, and altered the sceptre as well, so it'd be hard for anyone to get an idea of what the original looked like from that picture.
On the bright side - I know it isn't a Mandela Effect and I'm not losing my marbles! lol
For what it's worth; here's the part of the picture that contains the orb; it wasn't finished, was just playing around with ideas, but from what you can see, it'd hopeless to use it in an image search.

Yeh that's it @Eelgoo. The link to Rendo on the 3DLOAD site took me to a blank page at first.
@frank22 Nope; it wasn't that set. Even though it was an older prop, it was realistic looking and elaborate. The gold of the items I had was more muted and less garish, and the cross was a different shape. These are for G8 as well; the set I had was old, like V4.2/Genesis era. Thanks for helping, though. 🙂

The style looks a lot like either MortemVetus or Andi3d. I checked Mortem and he has an orb in his Alchemy pack, but not this elaborate. Unforttunately Andi3d's catalog has dissappeared, I think it was something with the world "symbols". I'll check my runtime to see if I have it installed.
My search-fu is pretty good, but this set eludes detection.
I've sifted through content paradise and rdna in the wayback machine, nothing matching that turns up.I suppose you'll have to settle on one of the existing facsimiles... or get cracking on Blender 😀
Also, it makes me sad to see all the lost content in the old site pages that will never see another render. There was some good stuff back in the day.
@trader I don't think it was either of those two. I don't have a proper picture of the set or renders of it as it was; this is the only thing I could find on my PC. It was a well made set for the time and looked realistic. @amberkat I checked them all as well and couldn't find it. 🙁 I haven't given up hope just yet - maybe it's tucked away in an old torrent out there; after all, they say the internet is forever! XD.
