SPLASH CONTEST VOTING

Rather than put in the effort to cut and paste all the links as well as cluttering up the voting thread please just go to the thread here (https://zonegfx.com/forums/topic/splash-page-contest-confirmed/) and browse all the entries posted. This will also let people correct renders and add new links.

Rules are relatively simple:

Pick your favorite THREE entries.

Rank them 1st 2nd 3rd

List them here with the Artist NAME and TITLE. If it does not have a title a short description is fine.

Do NOT pick the same artist multiple times. If you like multiple post by the same artist just number your favorite one and feel free to let them know you like their other art just don't vote for it. A person cannot win multiple times.

If you entered, I suggest voting once for one of your renders. You don't have to but you're voting against yourself if you don't.

Voting will last till Midnight Sunday 11:59PM-1200AM ish the 29th of this month

Totals/Winners will be announced sometime Monday the 30th when possible.

A participation prize will be taken out of the pot before the prizes are awarded. I do not want to GIMP the winners to badly so Ill count up the entries and see. I'm thinking at least 1000 per person maybe a bit more.

Suggest not voting for a submission that doesn't meet the requirements since it will not be selected regardless.

VERY hard to decide. There were many entries that could easily take these spots if I was in a different mood. My votes:

First – @Lapucelle There's No Place Like…

I love how pleasant and simple it is while still being evocative of the source movie. I also like how it serves as a positive “advertisement” of ZoneGfx – perfect for a banner.

Second – @Legolas18 & @Pooper Sandra City

I love how chill this “night palette” scene is. The small touches to her skin, her body type, the cigarette, and her gaze are great. Extra consideration here because it’s the only collaborative entry AND it’s part of the reason this contest launched in the first place!

Third – @Frank22 Cutthroat Pirate

Nicely composed action scene with a dutch angle, good lighting, a joyful buccaneer, and a cool ZoneGfx pirate flag. Mostly I love this one because it’s fun!

Perhaps we could have a rotating banner. There's a lot of excellent ideas here.
