My desktop time is definitely over 3 hours a day doing graphics (photogrammetry, Daz, Blender, etc)
....and a bit of porn too.

My time-zone is off by about 12 hours from US/UK so most of the "action" happens when I'm sleeping. Then some AI stuff and arguing with (flaming) various idiots on various sites [not you]. Maybe our governments should be limiting screen-time and social media use for those over 60. Oh and I forget, like you, you can add a few hours for JAV searches for my particular/peculiar tastes. They say people get cranky, sad and bored in retirement; not me mate, it's absolutely fabulous.
November 5, 2025 at 1:06 AM #2151755My retirement joke is that as an intelligent and educated person you've spent a lifetime cultivating interests, passions and hobbies. A few of them you've promised yourself to "Spend a LOT of time on that when I retire." Then, when you retire you often find that you've lost interest in some/all of them, but you've discovered new ones to nurture.
I wound up selling (at a nice profit) two closets full of out-of-production plastic model kits. One of those closets is now full of computer parts. Last year I peddled 12,373 kms on my bicycles (non-electric!). Man do I have thighs!
November 5, 2025 at 2:09 AM #2151759I've never had any vision of my future from childhood through school to up until my 30s when I got two uni degrees after my kids were born. The doubt of the future has always been kind of scary for me as a chronic procrastinator.
And no, the invitation to palpate your massive thighs is neither something that would prove anything in this context nor arouse any Freudian suppressed homoerotic desires I might have. I think I formed my sexual preferences at about 9 when I saw my big sister changing. I don't know. That's a Pandoras Box better left closed, nailed up and thrown into a very deep, deep ocean.November 5, 2025 at 2:26 AM #2151760I laughed so hard I explosively spit out my Ovaltine all over my keyboard.
Good one Frank!November 8, 2025 at 10:11 AM #2152197Whilst I will admit to spending a lot of time online, I am by nature old school.
I have a dog to encourage me to get out & stay active, motorcycles in the garage if I want to enjoy riding, or working on them. I have a camera for photography, a non-smart clam phone to speak to people & a desktop PC for online related stuff.
It isn't the retirement I was planning, as I lost my wife to cancer 6 months before I was due to retire, but I do have my grandson, my daughter & her husband living with me.
I am enjoying the revised version of retirement life.🙂
November 8, 2025 at 10:58 AM #2152201Depends on the day. I spend way more time on the phone watching YT. I play the occasional video game. Use to mess with Daz more but haven't booted it up in awhile and slowly getting burned out.
The contest use to keep me interested. They're pretty much gone. even when hosted few participate.
Ive little time other than at night and Daz isn't a high priority. My mom spends a LOT of time doing all kinds of random crap on the computer.
