Didn’t know that. Yet i feel like Axe Maker is more on the “copying the entire cookbook” part, since he could be stealing and selling the whole product from Thunder-3d not just copying certain poses.

The collection of recipes is a book. Copying that book may violate copyright. It is my understanding that making a different book with those same recipes does not violate copyright.

The entire poses copyright violation issue seems ridiculous to me. It's like laying claim to the XYZ coordinates on a plane. "My poses were the first to code the placement of a character into the scene at those coordinates! I demand attribution! I copyrighted that spot!"

Or "You can't sell a pose of the bending of a G8F figure's arm at that angle! That's MY pose!" It's preposterously silly.

I did wonder about such things.
I hardly can believe, even when a pose is sold as "new", that it isn't based on a pre-existing pose and altered to get a new result.

Not sure why but I feel making money and taking credit for/off anothers work is worse than downloading it for a few pictures then filing it on a drive you'll never look at.

Probably one reason I dislike AI using others art.
