plus prices for sites have skyrocketed in recent years causing a lot of websites to close. it's got too expensive to keep paying for the domain and storage even for hobby sites.
this is absolute bullcrap! ShareCG deserves better than that horrible decision! I hope the person that closed sharecg gets charged for all the damage he caused

It might be too much of an ask, and my apologies if so, but does your friend have any kind of record for items available by the different users he archived? It'd be great if we could somehow document that stuff and get it uploaded somewhere.
@xialiubeigmail-com Here's a list of the archived users. I don't know if they are planning on releasing them somewhere, but they are saved from deletion. I don't understand how we are supposed to know what the items are, since it lists only the user names.
