ring cam knows to much now and other things

i dont know if i can post a link but it looks like they have the ring camera
tracking everything now , so lets see how crazy it is now if you walk down the street side walk and you look at someones ring it takes your face data and saves it and can tell if you been to that house and how many times and you have to gave up your footage if something happens on your block, like the pd asks for it ........its not safe to have a ring or any cam in your house its
all ways on and if someone hacks into your feed

and if your on the phone and if you have a cam in your living room or dinner table
and if someone hears your on the phone or cell phone dont give your card info or ss number
someone just could be taking your info , i removed my cam for inside the house the wife
set up the cam in the media area where she had the pc screen on ,

and walmart is all ways recording you and it can tell how many time we go there and what we buy and how many times,

ok try this if your on a media site and say your going someone where off the wall or your going to by a hat of some kind and log out and go to google and dont login and see the feed within the news where you wanted to go or that hat deals on them ......thats creepy
what i found out was data was first taken back int 2004 but i could be wrong on that one

oh i was watching a video and this cop pulled over this guy and he said take everything out of your pickets and the cop looks at the guy funny how come you dont have a cell phone and was getting upset at him,

and my friends where thinking i was crazy for not being on the cell phone
like them, sometimes i have to break the chain no cell phone for a few days

Afaik, most public places, unless covered by security and legal concerns like banks and courthouses, do not and cannot prohibit recording equipment, including any sort of cameras carried on person. On the contrary, in some countries like UK or the one run by Winnie the Pooh, being under constant surveillance as soon as you step out of your home, is part of life. Imagine your state charging you for inciting subversion or sedition by capturing you in camera, your act of not protecting or aligning with national interests or agendas. The scenario you mentioned sounds pretty benign compared to that.

The things you take for granted, someone else is praying for.

That said, there are only few private establishments such as adult clubs and nude beaches that may have the provisions and means to enforce such restrictions, but that is besides the point.

That's not how it works in the US. We have something called the 4th amendment, that prohibits unreasonable (broad) search and siezure. They have to get a warrant, even with "public" cameras. And a private camera pointed at the street being "public" is a huge stretch. Citizens also have to get a court order to see police cameras. Like discovery in litigation. Recording everything, searching everything, and just taking that information without a warrant is highly illegal. But they are doing it anyway. So I guess that makes "law enforcement" the criminals. Should they be tried and jailed too? The case law is pretty clear that unilateral surveillance on everyone, even using their own private cameras is highly illegal. Especially when the vendor has a back door and volunteers the information without a warrant, which needs probable cause. Police have already abused this loophole way too many times in cases where officers were stalking their ex wives or ex girlfriends, and later committed domestic violence. That's a huge problem.
