Question about purchases.

I recently lost a huge chunk of my files due to HDD crash. I purchaced assets and files here, but now I have to purchase those again ? No download link on already purchased items, but get this for 50 points...

I'd go to 3DLOAD or one of the other sites that get stuff from here , there it won't cost you any points .

yes after some time (I think like a week or something not sure) the download link resets and you have to re-purchase the product/link.

@ItsmenotYou - This is why I mainly download from 3dload and Render-state.

Unless I can't find something from one of those 2 sites, then I resort to here as my last resort, otherwise, it's those 2 first.

Other sites don't have the reallusion stuff. Only Zone does. Hence why I stumbled upon the repurchase thingie.

1) Bookmark the link to the download source. Yes, it may also go bad, but in many cases it will extend your option beyond Zone's 30 day reset.

2) Save the file to your own Mega/Google/etc account (if you have one) for persistent retrieval.

3) Back up your back up back up to a back up back up back up. Right? Because affording a back up for your back up in case your back up's back up backs up isn't costly at all? No doubt you download stuff for free because you're flush with cash for backs up. /sarc

Sound advice on the dload link. I will do that from now on. Sadly the drives that kicked the bucket, were in fact 3 back up drives. I think they did it on purpose.
