Hi forums just wanted to know if anyone else was expeierencing problems loading zonegfx blog pages. The blog page doesnt load at all for me?
March 1, 2019 at 2:38 AM #979381I was having problems about 9 hours ago. It's still kinda weird, but not like it was. Some pages load, some don't.
March 1, 2019 at 8:50 AM #979698I'm having this issue now as well. It's more like there's a white filter over the page since I can still hover my mouse around the page and see that I'll be redirected. But yeah, it's really random for which pages work as of now. I've tried different browsers and even through my phone and I get the same issue. Pretty annoying. 🙁

March 3, 2019 at 2:41 PM #982786Still having problems. It appears to be Javascript related, looking at the chrome console. I tried clearing cache as well with no help. Did the admins change the script load order, or maybe add a new plugin conflicting? I noticed disqus has been causing JS issues lately (for me at least, on my site), maybe that could be the culprit.

March 4, 2019 at 8:09 AM #983672I too have this problem
March 4, 2019 at 10:38 AM #983821I'm also having major issues. I've tried using chrome, explorer and opera. Im using my tablet to enter this.
March 4, 2019 at 11:27 PM #984584Me too. Blog pages seldom load and now even the front page is all white except for the top. On my phone I couldn't even get to the forum in order to post (on my PC now).
March 5, 2019 at 6:13 AM #984884The problem seems to be caused by a script loaded from Disqus. Blocking network requests from disqus.com fixed the problem for me.
March 7, 2019 at 3:57 AM #987590EDIT: IT'S DOING IT TO ALL DIV SECTIONS
<div id="Wrapper"> ... <div id="Top" style="opacity: 0;"> ... <div id="Middle" style="opacity: 1;"> <em>I set this to 1, so i could see the page and edit this...</em> ... <div id="Bottom" style="opacity: 0;">Can you remove the OPACITY option from the div wrapper completely?
(Just a copy/paste from the CSS defs below, not schooling ya, just for anyone else so they can clue in)
The opacity property in CSS specifies how transparent an element is. Opacity has a default initial value of 1 (100% opaque). Opacity is not inherited, but because the parent has opacity that applies to everything within it
@hunter,
It's not an overload. It's the page builder, or CSS or something with DIVssee picture

it's something wrong in either the way frame layouts are being built for each page or the CSS. I'm looking at a pretty much invisible page, seems like a random value is getting assigned to the div opacity section. I bet if you do a ctrl-shift-c and look for thediv id="Middle" style="opacity:
you'll see something similar to the following:
<div id="Middle" style="opacity: 0.093696;">
which makes it gray as shit and hard to see.
It should read:
<div id="Middle" style="opacity: 1.0;">
and you can see everything
and if your page is blank, you can look at the inspector and see
<div id="Middle" style="opacity: 0.0">
It does this under all of the following tests:
Windows 10, FRESH INSTALL OF Ubuntu just to test this, and Android Mobile
IE, Firefox, Edge, Chrome, TOR (what is tor... shh)when i'm connected to any of my uplinks (VPN, ISP, TOR, MOBILE, XFINITY)
Is something setting the opacity variable in the middle DIV dynamically? Can you make it a static float 1.0 ?
End users can test this in chrome, do the ctrl-shift-c and click on the big blue box, the line will highlight below and you can change the not 1.0 (ie 0.093636) to 1.0 and the page will be there. kinda found it when i clicked and the next item showed up and realized the page loaded, but was hidden.
in the code, you'll find a random number that is not 1.00000. When it's 0, you can't see the lower page. when it's anything less than 1 and greater that 0, you'll see a gray page.
@hunter @tomsk any ideas what is doing this? It's freaking annoying, so annoying the site is unusable at times. I just figured it out after getting fed up with waiting for it to go away. it's making me not want to visit 🙁 i like visiting . and lots of folks are seeing it.March 7, 2019 at 4:03 AM #987595@alikrampus it's the wordpress coding.
