I tried to download these two files. First they failed, but after several attempts at it, they finally completed with all kinds of network errors (supposedly) on the file server end. Then when I tried to extract them, they threw a checksum error every time no matter what extrator I used. I tried reporting the file as broken but neither of the buttons work.
I found a backup of it on this page. That link seems to work fine. Can't go wrong with Mediafire.
