    @twiggi
    So have you fixed this issue or not? If still not, pls try:

    1. I suppose you have not installed Daz Studio yet~ If so, go to your Product Library on Daz.com, you can sign in there correct? Search 'Daz Studio 4.X' and download the standalone install file (DAZStudio_4.21.0.5_Win64.exe) and install it!

    2. Open Daz Studio, first use your id/pw to log on Daz Connect;

    3. Then try logging into DIM / Central.

    Quite a few people have encountered the similar issues recently, mostly resulted from certification issue, just try it and see if it works or not. Any progress, pls let us know~

    PS: You even can register a new id on daz.com, just for double-check...

    @Windreaver0118 The problem is still relevant. I installed the program manually yesterday. I downloaded it from the official site. When I started the program, a window appeared and I also tried to enter my data. Authorization failed even through the program. That was my last hope. After that I tried again to authorize in DIM and Daz Central. No success!

    Double check and further try try try~
    - Deactivate Windows Firewall or let DS / DIM pass firewall in settings
    - Uninstall Daz Central! Do NOT use DC, at least for the time being.
    - Download postgreSQL CMS standalone exe and install
    - Register a new id on daz.com, keep simple pw, retry!

    in Ds first~

    install "Windows Firewall Control" then you get a better picture what is going on.

    I will check it all out. Thank you very much! As for the postgreSQL CMS, it was installed. I don't want to create a new account because I have purchased content on my old account and what I got for free. But I understand that you can download everything. It's time! However, I will consider all the options you suggested. It's better than guessing.

    I've never used "Daz Central"... In my opinion, it's a "mator control" system, even if it's a botch of Daz (For a change...)
    You don't have a "DIM" option...?
    Daz central uses your IP and your MAC... Be very careful with that!!!

    I added the program and the application - DIM to exceptions. I uninstalled DAZ Central. postgreSQL CMS was installed. I created a second account. But it did it all over again. I can't authorize in DIM and in the program

    WFC seems to be a really nice tool. I may prefer it over looking into the even log and adding rules manually.

    You could try to use https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/tcpview to check whether the program is actually trying to create a connection to the auth server. You should see the IP and port of the auth server hopefully and could try to enter them in the browser so check whether you can reach it.

    @twiggi, from your logs it appears that DAZ Studio is not properly installed. It can't find its config file (dzInstall.ini), can't start the CMS database (which is needed in order to install anything), and can't find the Qt WebEngine that it needs in order to communicate with the DAZ servers.

    Your username/email/password are most likely correct, it's just that DAZ Central and DIM can't connect to the DAZ servers because some of their components are missing. Try uninstalling DAZ Studio and then download and install a fresh copy, to make sure that it installs all of the necessary components (e.g. the CMS database and Qt WebEngine) this time.

    @Queensknight
    Thank you for paying attention to my problem. It has finally been solved. The problem was not related to the program or the application, i.e., Daz Studio and DIM. I just didn't immediately figure out the obvious things that were hidden from my eyes.
