are both labeled as "dead" when the links provided are working just fine.

The reported reason is pretty spot on: "Download not available due to maintenance".

@warrant63 I think the "use your brains" also applies to the people reading reports. I also reported a post because it contained advertisement for another website (one of phun... paywall pages) and the post was marked as dead instead of checking it properly...
Another solution would be also to include a report reason exactly for that.
I had something like that a few weeks ago, when I forgot to put a link on from where it was from. Maybe there is a need for another category of post besides Dead Post.
@onkelshield I don't know which post was this but true, it applies to everyone, tho please keep in mind that we are all volunteers with limited time, so shit can happen 🙂
