No.. they are the Poser Companion Files.. if you want to use those assets in Poser..
CF = Companion Files
Poser CF are Poser companion files for Studio content if you want to use those Studio content in Poser.
Studio CF are the Studio specific (usually material presets) for Poser format content if you want to use those in Studio.
Most of the time you will see a couple of poser and a couple of daz archives in a package. 99.9% of the time you can delete the poser archives. BUT ... look to see if the poser and daz main files are close to the same size because DAZ used to put all the textures in the poser one. Now they put them in both.
