You are uploading in the wrong area. Upload in the Request section and add what amount of Points you own that you are willing to pay for said item.

The Item was already filled. It came and went so fast that only a small number of users had a chance to put bounties on it.
Considering it is the second or third time they've asked for this object without a point amount reward, merely "plz upload", yes it is begging and not being polite. Being polite is "Hey! Could someone fill/upload ___? 1000k points, please and thank you."
Not asking for an item with no reward two to three times, in an update on their profile, in the wrong forums, and then in the forums request still without any offering of points for items they are asking for someone to purchase and upload for basically free without a point offer.
Yes, that is begging. And in another forum, someone else also attempted to correct them.

I have asked for stuff without points myself before, but only if its something that's been in the wild and has left the wild, mostly really older stuff from the torrent days... because in that case its not "BUY ME THIS" it's "Hey, anyone want to make some easy points by re-hosting this?"
