Delphi Hair for Genesis 3 & 8 Female(s)It is an old asset - so pre classic long hair and sea salt hair. I have asked the artist for the asset name. She normally is pretty good at responding if she is not too busy. I will let you know what I hear.
I am leaning towards a heavily modified Delphi hair.

It is Olenna Hair. @littleevie is correct.
Note the front most tress on right side of the center part. Notice the shape the hair forms, and how the light catches it. It is identical in both the Olenna Hair promo (01) and the Nyx Dark Mist promo.
