Thanks Mate - that's an older scene I never really got to look right. the lighting, even with iray ghost lights too a while to get to work.. I have watched Laura, and loved it!

So we passed an interesting evening, but soon it was time for ole Nick to split. Wanted to head back to the office to put the cash I the safe for now.
Looked like the walls must have had ears, or there was a rat in the bar. Came up out of the subway, and sure enough had picked me up a tail.. and me without my Roscoe, didn’t seem polite to go heeled in a fancy bar meeting a fancy lady.. Things were getting interesting, might just be the most fun I’ve had in a while.. If Nick Grimes can’t lose a tail, well then its time to hang up the old hat.."

So I guess I'll add this to the noir theme that Bebe has started. The morning after the night before, (much "rumpy-pumpy"). Will she ever see him again? Yep, they'll run away to together... the understanding on that wet Chicago morning was..."if she'd stop hookin', I'd stop shoot'n people....maybe we were aim'n high" 😁.
These 4 card ladies (Popsy ♦️, Baby Doll ♥️, Haze ♠️ and Vivi.D ♣️) get together to settle an important argument:
"Who's the better poker player?"
The green-haired girl and the blue-haired girl are work colleagues, and the two red-haired girls have been friends since high school. They often bump into each other and bully each other like teenagers. Each girl thinks she is the queen on the big stage. But no one guesses that this very day will unite their destinies and lives. They will create a musical band, go through different trials, find lots of adventures, broadcast their stories (real and fictional), become popular, delight their fans with concerts (but also break their hearts), fall in love and maybe start a flinging family. But they will still be the same creative people 🌟
P.S. These are not standard characters, they are recreated in 3D version according to my very old sketches (in pencil) from the stellar series of stories "STAR-STUDDED".

I like your scene! The falling light on the table looks very good. I hope you can get it to the desired result. And thank you for appreciating my efforts 🙂As for the heaviness of the scene, you're right. My scene was heavy too, even though I removed all the objects that didn't fit in the frame + minimum settings. I was planning on finishing another male character, but my GeForce GTX 1050 TI wouldn't have been able to handle that much load. As a result, this scene was only 48% processed (almost 6.5 hours). But I'm happy with the result!
6.5 hours @Twiggi? You've obviously got a lot more patience than I. There's an RTX 4060 coming out soon with 16Gb VRAM. They say about US$500, but that price will be double where I live 😓.
You are right @Frank22, I'm a very patient person 🙂 However, I have many other interests, so I can do other things while rendering an image, but not on the computer.
I still dream about powerful iron. They say that the RTX family is more powerful than GTX. I willingly believe that. But in my country the prices are already soaring, and many times over. It makes me sad 🙁
What's the janitor hiding in the locker?
Mr. Benford, the former school janitor, has been behaving very strangely for the past few weeks, moving boxes in and out of the school basement.
Could it have something to do with the strange disappearances last summer?
Does it have something to do with the Russian spies the newspaper was talking about?
Ashley, her brother Rob and their friend Sam decide to sneak into the basement at night, to investigate what's going on.
