Seeing as you're the only one having a problem like this I wouldn't blame anyone else other than yourself.

I get plenty of "disable your adblock" popups here. It's mildly annoying but overall it's a minor inconvenience when I stop to consider what I'm getting versus what I'm paying. It's not "every two seconds" and at most once every few minutes when loading new pages. A quick refresh and I'm all set for a bit.
On Brave browser I've never seen any of that stuff, apart from the "give us money" one, which I have.
BlockAdblock uses JavaScript 'eval' for its detection. This can be disabled by enforcing a strict content security policy.
Since you as a user, do not have much control over the content that a website sends to your browser, you can however, modify the response headers to enforce a strict content policy instructing your browser how it handles the content.
As the response headers are processed before the HTML/JavaScript content, the parameters of the content security policy can be used to prevent the browser from running JavaScript code like 'eval'

I like the power of uBlock not just for blocking ads but nuking invasive popups and placeholder/sections that interfere with the browsing experience. And hey, uBlock is also available on firefox for android and I can use the firefox sync feature to have a consistent experience on both pc and mobile. Somehow, I don't like the brave browser for its proprietary nature, crypto based ads and its business model.
Latest Firefox here with NoScript running and uBlock origin (But disabled)
No external Firewall or any other "protection" stuff running in the background, as they are memory hogs and way too intrusive for my taste.
(I had some very bad experiences with Norton and some free Firewalls many moons ago.)No problems on this site whatsoever.
Yes, I see the "Got any spare change?" pop-ups, but I'm totally OK with them.
(In fact it's time to send them some $$$ again, as I'm a Poser user, so I have basically no G8 or G9 stuff I could share. So at least I can help a bit keeping the lights on)If you really want to feel save, use a dedicated online machine (perhaps with a VPN and or a TOR Browser) and do your 3D stuff and other important things on an air-gapped workhorse machine.
That's what I'll do as soon as I manage to tame the chaos that is my gigabites of ancient Poser runtimes and downloads.😉
