Anime Outfit ID?

[Anonymous]

Anyone recognize what she's wearing? I've searched all over but can't find it and I really want to use it for a project. I'd love to know the character as well but I suspect it's a custom one.

This is a very good question....

I will offer 500 points who finds out who the character is and what Clothing & Accessories she is wearing and the hair.

I found him on DeviantArt and he says that the character is a custom sculpt to look like the anime, so probably it will never be released.
No mention of the clothes, but seeing as they look exactly like the anime, they might be custom as well.

That's a shame. I'd love to have that outfit.

This is it I think but I have no idea how things at artstation work. He uses DS for the base model.
