On the blog here is the Olympus Mons hangar which is listed on Daz as "another addition to the Olympus Mons range."
Does anybody know what other items there were?

December 7, 2023 at 1:27 AM #2047173Christ that's old and one of the first things I DL from a torrent 20 something years ago.
"The Olympus Mons was a large environmental prop set from the PC. It was pulled not long after it was released and is another one of those items that was supposed to return but never has."
It looked like this - \
December 7, 2023 at 8:07 AM #2047206Thanks Frank. This had been sat on my hard drive for so long, I'd forgotten about it! I eventually found a thread on the Daz forums which hinted that one of the original creators was hoping to redesign an rerelease a version. So far though, nothing yet 🙁
December 7, 2023 at 11:10 AM #2047219It may well come up blank, but for me to search for it in my archive, I'll need to know the author of the item.
'Daz Originals' won't wash!
🙂
December 7, 2023 at 11:37 AM #2047222Thanks @eelgoo. Redhouse Studios was the creator, and I just found this link on RO that details the content of the package:
December 7, 2023 at 11:43 AM #2047224OK I checked my archive.
I do have a handful of Redhouse Studio stuff, but unfortunately not that one.
A shame. That looks to be an impressive piece of work.
Do we know why it was pulled?
🙁
December 7, 2023 at 11:48 AM #2047226According to a thread on Daz, there were a couple of issues with scaling on the doors (?) so it was temporarily pulled to fix it, but never reappeared 🙁
December 7, 2023 at 12:05 PM #2047229It seems on the face of it to be a relatively trivial problem, you might have thought.
I suspect there must have been other issues to address, otherwise it would have re-appeared quite quickly?
December 7, 2023 at 1:56 PM #2047246That's what I thought. The fact that Daz are marketing the hangar as a Daz Original now seems significant. Still, there's always the chance 🙂
