Gaver, that's the first time since I was at school, that anyone has called my artworks 'cartoon feel', I'm not sure if I should feel offended or pleased*.

I think gaver was referring to the theme (dragons etc) that is a popular kids cartoon subject, and not the image itself. It doesn't look toonish to me.

Well, a T-Rex in battle armour, carrying a battered teddy bear, might be a silly idea for a render. But, never a cartoon 'look' to it....
