Hi , the new request system looks great seems to work good BUT I've noticed that request's are being filled on the new system BUT the same request in the old system stay unfilled yet the new system says it's filled and closed why is this ? should they not both need filled before closing the request ? and I think requests (on new system) should have to stay open at least a week before they can be closed to insure ppl who may want said product can offer pts.

ok maybe I spoke too soon I see the requests I was talking about are in the upcoming post section but I still think the request should stay open longer before being "FILLED" and closed giving ppl a chance to request the item.

@itsmenotyou The forum and the new system are not connected. When something gets added to the new system I try to add a notification to the old forum threads and bump them, like this: (https://zonegfx.com/forums/topic/renne-hair-with-dforce-for-genesis-9/), but I don't have time to always Tag everyone. Also if the Filler wants to fill the forum request, they can do that too, but that's fully manual. 🙁

We are still discussing the "Request close" problem, but the community has conflicting wishes + we have our own limits.
A lot of folks requested the selective option (to exclude a few problematic members during a fill), but at the same time a lot of folks requested to join the request after it was Filled. So the Filler would be forced to decide every time. And this would be a notification nightmare for us and for the Filler too. We are working on it but currently, the solution to reach this is not really crystal clear 🙂

I'd say that if the item isn't going to the blog, or is an anon fill. Then perhaps the filled file can be moved elsewhere (where it could live for say, a month before being deleted). People who never got the asset could add their points, and the filler can pop in every now and then and check off who they want to give the asset to?

A bit OT for this thread but thanks to site admin for replacing the images on some of my shares. I hate seeing those "Image Not Found" pictures. My postimg images had been taken down but the DL links were still live and I wasn't sure how to request replacement images. I thought "Add New Links" was just for DL links but they updated the image links when I gave them new ones. Thanks guys/s whoever it was 😊.

It would be easier to navigate if future posts were hidden until they were available, then they appear in reverse chronological order of availability, rather than the date the post was created. Right now the blog is a mess.

Hell, even a bright red border around each 'not available yet' post on the list page would give some clue as to whether something is worth clicking on.

I like the new system for it's simple and fast way to fill a request. On the other hand I liked the old way for the control I had over whom I share with (go through their history (lvl 1) to see whether they are active members or not).

I can't say whether it's the new system, but it never (not so fast) happened with the old one, that an asset I filled got posted by someone else on the blog a few days after I filled it.
