While you're waiting for that supremely generous person to perform the complicated process of converting Breastacular to G8M for you,...

...if it absolutely has to be Breastacular, consider the simpler approach of applying 'Genesis 8 Cross-Figure Resource Kit' morphs to G8F for a masculine head and body morph. Add to that 'Breast Control for Genesis 8 Females' for additional breast manipulation. I've just tried it, and it works pretty well.

And then at least you've got something to practice with to make man-booby pictures for...um, fun.
