Need help with the Keicy asset

Keicy with Expressions, dForce Breasts and dForce Hair for Genesis 8 Female

so i am trying to get the dforce breast to simulate. failing miserably as i do not really know much about using dforce. could someone explain how to get this to work? thanks

You can load Keicy with dforce breast addon - or load the addon onto another G8 figure.

The dforce breast asset itself does not have any dforce modifier attached to it so it will not simulate as is. Under sim settings you will find options to add a modifier ranging from very soft to hard. This is how much impact dforce has on the breasts. Load the wardobe, hair and pose you want then run the sim, either from memorised position (takes longer but generally gets the better result) or not (sims in place).

Sorry of any of this is unclear as I am doing this from memory while at work.

You use the addon for the breasts.
Then select the breasts in the scene(i.e. right panel) and then go to where you have the content library (left panel), there should be a simulation tab (vertical below the content).
There should be a simulate button. Push that and see how it does. You can make adjustments to the environment, etc.. It may require some adjusting and re-running the simulator to get it the way you want.

Also, you may try using the breast jig script (out there on the blog), but for that, any aniblocks need to be baked into keyframes and then remove the aniblock, then run the script.

ok so i loaded a character
added the dforce breast addon
selected the addon added the frame rate and the soft addon and then the soft under that that says g8
clothes and hair added
selected pose and says no objects to simulate

2nd try
loaded character and selected it
added addon framerate and the 2 choices for soft and still nothing.

so i closed daz reopened it loaded a figure from scrath and applied morphs. loaded addon while keeping g8 selected adn then added framerate and both soft options. added a clothing item and posed her and it simulated but still no deform in the bnreast.

i thought this addon was that after loading the character and addin the addon u simulate it so when u do pose her it autodeforms the breasts without u have to do anything with sliders. maybe i misunderstood that.

i did get it to simulate once today but the breasts did not deform to the pose she was in. now seems it keeps saying no objects to simulate

very easy.

It's because you are not doing it correctly.

This only works on the keicy character, and just adding the addon to any genesis 8 does nothing.

Load in the keicy character, and undo her morphs, this will leave you with a base genesis 8 model.

Now apply any other character morph or shape (such as victoria 8), and also switch out the textures if you like.

And done, nothing more or less.

Some tips though, as dforce is really prone to causing a geometry explosion when something is interacting or intersecting with a dforce item in the pose you are starting from, hide anything that is making contact with the dforce item. and also do not try to dforce a dforceable top and breasts at the same time, as it will both explode.

ok i will give that ago and see how it goes.
also after u add the addon to gen 8. do u keep gen 8 selected and then add the framerate and the other 2 options for hard or soft? thanks
