Need help with Michael 8.1

SO when i try to extract the files from the bundle i get a file corrupt error. i have downloaded it from other places to test and still get the same error.
When i go to load michael 8.1 into the scene i get this error

After he loads i get this error

And he is all blocks. i noticed taht when you click on the Genesis 8 male it only has the gen 8 male file to load michael 8 and not the file to load michael 8.1. But if you click on the genesis 8 female it has both 8 and 8.1 files there. not sure what is causing this. i am sure it is prob something simple as i do not have any issues using genesis 8.1 female at all. i have installed it just like i do every other file. i have not noticed it before now cause ihave not used a male 8.1 character. any help would be very appreciated. thanks

I'm wondering if you installed the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials from Daz in between the time they released Vicky 8.1 and Michael 8.1. It was quite a gap and the only thing I can suggest is you uninstall the G8 Starter Essentials package and reinstall it.

From your error messages it looks like you're missing Daz supplied base morphs so you actually don't have G8.1M installed as a base. It's not Michael 8.1 that's the issue I think but your installed G8 package.

Can you load any other 8.1 males successfully?

The file corruption error shouldn't be present either... there's too many variables to give you a definitive answer I'm afraid so all I can suggest is - reinstall G8 essentials and try a different unzipper if you're using WinRAR (7zip is much better). You're missing some files but this is a bit too vague to pin it down to a 'do this and it will work' solution sadly.
