Need Help with Athletic Sports Park

I brought this into DS, converted it to PBR and changed some textures, but I'm at a loss how to get the running track to look like it's supposed to.
The track come in with a texture called "tarmac" loaded which as you can see doesn't look like the promo images.
The textures that come with the product don't include a running track one that has colour or lanes. It does come with a folder with templates but these are all b&w. It also has Poser materials (mc6) but none of these relate to the track.
If anyone else has this product can they help me with it.

I'm in the process of manually texturing the templates. I shouldn't have to do that as most Poser stuff works fine in DS. Wish I knew what's going on with it.
