Need help finding an outfit

I'm trying to find an outfit with a good 'vibe match' for this picture, for either G9 or G8;

I've been looking around, but I haven't found much. I'll probably need to take bits and pieces from various sources, but it's the torso that has me most puzzled.

I like this very baggy poncho/coat thing that's going on, but most I've found doesn't have enough volume IMO.
