Need help assets from rhiannon

so whenever i go to apply the head morph of one of rhiannon's models the head will not morph. now the body morph will work but for some reason the head morph will not. i have tried other model's head morph and they work fine but for some reason these will not.

this is one i was trying and her body morph works fine but not the head. i even tried a few other head morphs from rhiannon but only the body morphs work . anyone have an idea of why this is?

Okay - I use Rhiannon model's a lot.

Lets go through the work flow for this and see where it may be breaking down for you.

Load a blank scene.
Load the Genesis 3 base model.
Inject the Kara head and body morph.
If the head still fails to load you may have accidently saved over the top of the head morph. In this case the easiest thing to do would be to uninstall Kara and reinstall.

yeah i start with a new scene. load the gen 3 base model. inject kara head and nothing happens. if i inject the body morph it will morph. its doing the same thing with all of rhiannon's models. so by uninstalling do u mean just deleting their folders?
then recopying them into the folders?

Select Gen3, go to parameters, search Kara, move all for 100%.

yeah i have tried it with the sliders too and it does nothing

so i went into the genesis folder and data folder and deleted all the kara files therea. recopied them to it from a fresh downloaded file and still the head morphs will not work
