Necklace ID?

This is a promo pic from PropsChick Hally Hair.

The collar / necklace item used is what I am wanting to identify.

To me, it has the look of Gray Cloud Design product, but there are two problems, if that is the case.

Firstly, GCD have shut their store at 'Rosity & secondly, I don't know the name of the piece to search for it.
