I got an email that says

"Your membership at 3D Zone will end soon

Thank you for your membership to 3D Zone. This is just a reminder that your membership will end on February 23, 2018.

Membership Level: Join Us"

is this real? Do I have to sign up or pay?

I really like this site so I'm concerned.

Go to Community / Membership Levels & Click on renew.

It is an annual renewal.

If people read them, there wouldn't be so many questions etc clogging up the forums. Especially the bit about transfering points over the daily limit which comes up regularly.

yea the FAQ is definitely something everyone should read, it covers most
of the questions people have and it can be useful to read it again occasionally as a refresher and to make sure you haven't missed anything.
on that note though @hunter the section at the bottom of the FAQ 'need help' under Monk still mentions the use of a PXIMG link for posts missing images.
