Like many of us, I have a ton of older Poser content. One was the old Babbelbub stripping top and panties with morphing poses. Is there anything out there that will convert the clothing morphs to other tops/panties. I've been able to load the Babbelbub clothes, morph them and then fit them to the G3F, but they don't fit and using FitControl just screws up the morphs.
Any help is appreciated as to where to look.
March 10, 2018 at 9:47 AM #525738Zev0's Fit Control should do it for you.
Most iterations for various base characters are available here & come up on the search.
🙂
March 10, 2018 at 10:02 AM #525758BTW I have found that Fit Control can be best used on items without their own discreet morphs.
March 10, 2018 at 1:43 PM #525948Thanks eelgoo. Unfortunately, when I used fitcontrol, it buries the top into the G3F figure and you have to expand it to unreasonable size to get it to surround the figure.
I really would like to point the morphs to other clothes. The morphs are great, but they only work on the one top and pantie that came with Babbelbub's set.
Maybe the question is, can morphs be redirected to different clothing of similar type?
March 10, 2018 at 1:50 PM #525959I don't know about transferring morphs per se.....Hopefully others can advise.
How odd..... You did have the item parented or autofitted to G3F when you ran it?
Might be worth trying both approaches?:0/
March 10, 2018 at 1:57 PM #525976I always though the mesh had to be the same to tranfer morphs, But since G3 morphs transfer to G8 maybe they only need to be almost the same.
Sounds like it might be easier to just boot up s morph tool and make what you want.
March 10, 2018 at 3:12 PM #526074that might be easier Adam if I knew how to use a morph tool, but I don't so I will have to learn. In the long run, I'm going to have to do that anyway I think because there just isn't stuff that I want out that's there most of the time.
What morph tool do you suggest? I'm not a coder so it will have to be menu driven.
March 10, 2018 at 3:21 PM #526088i use to use poser but lots people use zbrush.
No idea really but if i were to start morphing, id try to learn zbrush. others may have more info on this.
I think daz has a deformer but have yet to try it.most of what i did was simple facial tweeks and a few alien heads.
