More Download Links for Blog/Asset Posts = More Points rewards?

I didn't know what to title this post to get the message across, but here is what I am thinking.

Due to the recently increased amount of posts ending up as "dead" (for whatever reason), could we try to combat this by the zone offering MORE points to assets posters if they provide more download links?

I know the Battle of "Why do we only get 25 points when we post and asset" has already been fought, but the game is slightly changing now that there are so many post ending up as dead.

Currently, we get 25 points per download when we add an asset to the blog. Its a bit time intensive to buy/create post/find hosting/get image hosting etc, so I often only put one link up.
But if we could change the structure a bit so that
1 Link = 25
2 Links 30
3 Links 50
5 Links 75

That would probably encourage the asset uploaders to spend the time to put more links, thus reducing the time spent by mods and users on dead posts.
