    Disclaimer my opinion:

Like the peach fuz but a bit to much on the nose.

Something about the teeth just doesnt look right snd I really can only describe it as uncanny valley.

Hair is still a tough spot for 3d but this looks like we're getting there.

Other than me nit picking it looks great!

    Texturing looks up for it.

Perhaps tweak the lighting to make it pop more.

Liking the skin and the eyes. Are you rendering with iray in daz?
    What eyes are you using?
What is causing the white blobs on the eyes?

I'll agree with Adam, on the peach fuzz, and the teeth. Teeth could be a little less "bumpy"? I understand, Iray uses Normal maps instead of bump maps, but if you could lower the normal map influence on the teeth... in pictures, teeth appear sleek, and smooth. For the peach fuzz now, it would do great if it was more subtle, for a female character anyway. Other than that, my advice would be to pose her for "eye on the camera" rendering... in close-ups, it's always important to have the model looking at the camera (and, the image viewer later on).

Dial back the hair, it's too well defined and it encroaches into areas it wouldn't be found, like the lips. The eyes look good but the lashes look "off", the hairs are too uniform and don't taper so it detracts from the overall realism, much like the peach-fuzz.

Personally I'd make the lips a little thinner too as a smile will pull the mouth taught and make the lips thinner naturally.
