One of my posts got reported for a missing picture, and sure enough, it went missing (it was uploaded to an approved host at the time.)
I replied to the msg with the URL for a newly uploaded picture - will the post be automatically updated by the mods at that point, or do I need to make a new post (with "REPOST" in the title), or how does that work, exactly?
Rather petty of that person to report a missing image. a lot of images are missing because people report them at the host, and they getting taken down or the host site is down.
You can't update it, so don't worry.Somebody had the nerve to report one of my posts, when they had posts with missing images themselves!
@pooper No need for a repost 🙂 A lot of pics are missing and currently, only the mods can edit/replace them. So until we implement a user side editor, we won't make a fuss about it.
The report is sent on the reporter's behalf, so the PM is between you two (and we didn't receive the pic link).
If you want to replace a few pics just PM the blog post + the new pic links to one of us and we can do it for ya, but don't worry about it 😉
