Messaging a post author

I paid my points for an item, but files are missing. The post author listed only leads me to a page of other posts by that author. How do I find the user profile (and the username) to send a pm?

Hover your mouse over the username of the poster and the member ID will pop up on the bottom left of your screen.

@misterkit42 In the problematic post, at the bottom, click on the yellow Report button, and in the drop-down panel there will be a PM AUTHOR button 🙂

Tried that. That's how I got to 'other posts from this author'.

Go to your profile page. Replace your username with the user you wish to contact in the url. Then send a private message.
