As I said a few days ago, the female characters on Daz store are very ugly. If I had to venture a percentage, I would say 95%. Rather high. Also, I repeat, they are all very, too masculine, so this, at least for me, makes them completely without interest, but I have to admit that every time I check every character released just for mere curiosity, and in fact it happened today too with Leony HD.

I mean, what the fuck is going on? Why all the characters have their faces flatened as if they had slaughtered them with punches?

NOTE: obviously, I do not mean to offend anyone who buys and shares these items here with us for free. If I can make these observations it is only thanks to them and I thank them for this. Mine is a thought on the direction that has been taking Daz for some years now.

I think it is simply different perceptions of what is regarded as beauty,
eye of the beholder & all that.

I certainly wouldn't agree that Raiya's characters are bad or masculine looking, although this most recent one is certainly ripped.

My main beef is with the seemingly ubiquitous botox lips that 99% of them seem to have.

I don't think so. When the general facial physiognomy of Caucasian peoples is of a certain type, representing another kind of beauty, as you call it, means only one thing: imposing new canons of beauty.

It's like movies: despite there's a guy with blades coming out of his hands and other bullshit, Wolverine's latest film was sell as an auteur film from press, actors, producers and so on, they wrote it, said it and repeated it for months and in the end people did the most obvious thing, just like it happens in these cases. He believed it.

This is only the first example that came to my mind, but I could really make many others.

The same thing is happening for Daz and the so-called beauty.

You have to accept that everyone's perception of beauty varies, both by culture & by individuals.

Just because you say they are ugly, that is just your perception.

Other folk will have different opinions.

Some of this may be by the influence of peer pressure, fads & social media.

For instance the popularity of tatoos & pubic hair styles come & go.

    @ Zodiac,

Talking with a gal who is a very stunning friend of mine who used to be a (and my) photo model for some special stories and 3D works in real life, thanks to serendipity, we felt on that subject, about R.L..
I postpone you her words, although most of the guys on the social networks do not stop sending her their cocks in photo, to strike up the conversation, to show off and make them men: "For sure, to see the packages, each of them are male, she used to saying, but they are all (those esthetics) effeminate ones, which spend their time to get dolled up as teens or women and then, run away as soon as it is necessary to be a hero.
It is perhaps a possibility that explains why you feel the females so masculine as, in this current time, males are so feminine...
So, until female characters do not have an apple*, they do not have a banana. 😉

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's a regional thing. The character "Leony" that you mention, the name is Nordic and the facial structure seems to fit with the region.

Personally I think that a lot of the Gen8 female figures look a bit too masculine and large featured. But that's my personal preference talking.
