In DAZ Studio: File -> Export Name it {whatever name you want}.obj , if desired you can fiddle with the settings in the window that pops up, and click "Accept". Unifortunatey I get the same result you showed us, a character with a fixed position. I have tried to upload the character in Mixamo but there is no skeletton to a Daz studio character so it does not work, Any idée to help ?
