This is not a request, but an inquiry if this exists as a product, and/or where I might look.
What I am looking for is a specific year and model, the 1979 Plymouth Volare 2-door Duster with the louvres on the rear side windows. This is NOT the Roadrunner, although the shaping is quite similar.
I can edit the paint job, etc. myself, so it doesn't have to be a specific color....The reason I am looking for it is that it was my first car as a teenager. Mine was a bright red, no hood scoop or tailfin, very similar to the Roadrunner posted here, but that isn't what I am looking for.
Has anyone seen this make/model in the wild? Does it exist somewhere? Or is the best I can hope for the current Roadrunner, and editing it in Blender or Hexagon or something?
As I said, this is not a formal request, as I don't even know if it currently exists as a product. And I do NOT want to resort to AI images!
Thanks folks. Any advice on it's existence, and/or where I could look, would be a major help.
September 15, 2026 at 4:59 PM #2188034You're a young guy then. I learned to drive on a 62 Chrysler Saratoga and my first car was a 64 Rambler classic. I still have the first car I bought myself 51 years ago....but that's a secret.
September 15, 2026 at 7:15 PM #2188052Hiya, I Googled your model, I can't see any free versions of yours, most start at around $65 at a reasonable quality, quite a lot seem low quality, but some have had a lot of Photoshopping done so beware. A lot of 3D cars were on Renderosity, I collected quite a few, but I've never seen that model on there.

September 16, 2026 at 12:49 PM #2188134Thanks everyone, yeah I had the same search results.....If this link works, this is what I am looking for. Mine was exactly like this, with a slant-6 engine. We painted the bottom sides with black chip-guard, and put a little pinstriping on it. I had the tires black-wall out and shiny, and added chrome beauty rings. Oh and of course, my old HS Graduation tassle and fuzzy dice on the rearview mirror. The image below (if it works) is what my car originally looked like when I bought it.
