These are not approved host and not sure why Mods don't Moderate
both the sites are not in the allowed sites list and both the sites are quite shady.. but you should be safe if you use a competent ad blocker.. like uBlock Origin, which removes the click redirects, notification prompts and the ads..
@d0gg0d @probably's uploads were approved before the posting process 🙂 The uploaded files are virus free.
Both hosts (Anonfiles & Bunkr) are in the "grey area", if you are not careful they can download interesting things through their ads (this is what you've experienced) - but if you are using a normal AdBlocker, they are pretty decent hosts.
(With an AdBlocker, ESET and Kaspersky are pretty fine with these sites too - they won't block the site).I agree that Mega, GDrive and etc are much much better, but you can easily hit those links with "fake" DMCA requests. And some folks are currently hitting nonstop the member's posts + cover pics with these requests (this is why a lot of cover pic is missing from the main site).
Bunkr & Anonfiles are pretty chill about this 🙂

Btw the Rules & Upload form are not "super up to date" 😀 and if anyone has a good idea with reasonable solutions we're pretty open to them 😉
+1 the https://catbox.moe/ links are fine too. And in recent months I've seen a lot of posts with only Anonfiles links too 🙂
Just to be sure I retested 3x random DLs with VirusTotal (2x from Bunkr, 1x from AnonFiles) on my test bench (it has a uBlock Origin as adblocker) and all 3x virus free.
No exe, no pupups, no extras, just pure piracy 😀

.. as for the rules being not up to date.. I found out recently that we could transfer more than 10K points in a single day even though it specifically says that we can transfer only 10K per day.. 🙂

I don't know how anyone navigates the net these days without an add blocker running. I've used one since around ~2004 and never looked back. I don't know how the internet looks without one to be honest.
I can attest to Anonfiles being fine while running add-block, never had an issue other then the download throttling occasionally.
I downloaded some of these when they popped up on the blog. I can say that the models work and I can also say that 3DUK owes me money to run his BS models on my PC. These things are horrible. I heard what this guy's been up to, @ethiopia I agree 100%.
Use an ad blocker.. preferably uBlock Origin.. both bunkr and anon have a lot of unwanted content, click redirectors and what not..
.. infact I would use an ad blocker everywhere I go, and whitelist a few sites that need the ads.. like Zone 🙂 , every other site gets their ads blocked and the pages sanitized.... and of course.. he does warn everyone about bunkr and anon 🙂
