    Click on "Free Membership" button on the far right of the top menu and then hit the "Renew" button. That often fixes it.

    I'm seeing something similar -- can't bid on requests. Renewing membership didn't change anything (not surprised since my membership should be good for a couple more months...)

    I'm guessing it's just bugs due to the site being revamped.
