Keeping posted contents up to date

This has me thinking for a while, quite a number of Daz contents will have updates rolled out after the release and I wonder how will we able to keep the posted contents updated with latest content updates.

For example, the UltraScatterPro here is posted on Jan 2019, and from then on there has been numerous updates for it. Users would then make new request to obtain the current newer UltraScatterPro version in the request forum. Then if UltraScatterPro has new updates in the future, users would probably again make new request for newer versions again.

Numerous tools such as UltraScenery and accelerator (for UltraScenery) were posted without any of the latest updates (makes sense since they were posted a couple days/weeks after release). Other items such as Zero Pose Utility Presets (updated a few days ago) and characters like Minami HD (updated 3 times, latest is 2021-10; initial version was super broken -- which is what we have) aren't the latest too.

The base notion is to see or experiment if there's any way for a poster to keep in check of their posted items, update the posts with newer updates if any, and update links when necessary. Thoughts?

I don't think it's that easy a lot of people here post stuff they never bought so they don't have access to the up-date.
