As the title says, the Josi HD clown make up reminds me of someone but I can't remember who. I thought it was something like Batman the animated series but I couldn't find anything, then Batman Beyond but not sure there either. I do feel like it might be a cartoon or comic book character. I remember the look and the outfit and even the Crowbar, although I seem to remember the arm bands being red and maybe ribbons? Someone else who remembers and can name it I would appreciate it.
@neo210 the makeup is from the new joker movie and the colors of the outfit is to potray the colors of his suit
@nightreaper Oh. To me it feels like an older character, but if that's all that it is. I guess I am imagining a character that didn't exist. 🙁
Thanks.
