Item get hystory

Recently I lost all my backup of Daz products downloaded on this page, and I am forced to download everything again. The point is that, by reviewing my history, I have to pay points again for items that I had previously pay & downloaded. Is this normal? I believed that the purchase was fixed in the own history.

Unfortunately links reset after a certain time.
Doesn't make sense but thats how it is. Always back up on an external drive since even links can go down. It took me about 2 months to DL everything on the site I wanted. Thats not long considering the alternative.
