I requested an item and got the link and sent points from the person who filled it. I needed to redownload the file to use it on a new computer, but the link no longer works. I messaged the person who filled the item and even offered extra points to send me a new link, but I have yet to receive a response. I checked their account and they have been active since I messaged them so they already know by now about my message. What should I do. The item has not been posted to the blog so the request forum is still up.
It's a good idea to back up your downloads. Some messages get accidently deleted or overlooked so try sending a PM again.
