She is a custom character I wondered that myself because I was interested in her to so I messaged the person that made the product she was featured in and i got this response

For non-Daz content, like renderosity, renderotica, etc ..., I recommend "Content packge assistant", to make some metadata (just unistall via DIM ...). No "runtime/support..." of course!!. Be carefull.
