Shoes are the most difficult clothing item to conform correctly using autofit. There are some clothing converters that say they can do it, but I'd just parent the shoes and adjust them as necessary without fitting them.

Flat shoes can be autofitted most of the time (maybe 90% chance). But with high heels, the proportion is around 10% success with autofit (if not less).

It can be slightly increased by using manual fitting and transfer rigging. This is detailled in a tuto by SY https://www.deviantart.com/sickleyield/art/A-Reminder-on-Autofitting-Shoes-to-Genesis-2-or-3-412985230
It is possible to fit some shoes that cannot be autofitted with this method, but do not expect miracles. The rate of success remains very small...

Yes, it's possible. Actually nearly all G2/G3 high heels could be converted to G8 and the process is not that complicated as long as you know the right workflow. And you'd better know one modeling / sculpting software or at least Mesh Grabber tool in Daz, then the conversion wil be much easier.

I just converted it to G8F version. The heels are fully fitted to G8.XF and I fixed the base morph and JCMs AMAP. Pls download it as below and just dump the files to your lib. G3F version's shape and material presets could be directly applied. Let me know if there's any problem ~~
