Just wondering if the Daz Studio bridge for VWD Cloth and Hair software is for mac os x too or just for windows because I want to install it on mac os,

As of right now, no, it's not. You could try running it on a Mac using Bootcamp to boot up Windows, but I haven't done it and I have no desire to install Windows on my iMac right now to try.
People have tried to run it with Wine -an invaluable asset for those of us Mac users here who download a file and find it to be an .EXE instead of DIM- with no success.
From what the creator has said, it's something he wants to eventually do, but his "library isn't compatible with Mac" (translation: He only runs Windows). So there is talk of a Mac version, at least. I'm hoping he'll outsource it to a Mac user, but I'm not going to hold my breath, either.
In the meantime, you're better off using DynCreator + Dynamic Clothing Control or Marvelous Designer, both of which work with some Poser dynamics, but not all of them. It sucks, I know. :/
