Hello @tomsk @monkseye @hunter
Looks like https://postimage.io/web.php has blocked images or something has happened to the site, I just asdded a couple of posts and the images went up fine and showed in the add post section, then I checked some other posts and they're all gone again.
Looks like all images from this site seem to have gone down, hopefully this is just temporary...
I just went back to post image copied the link to the image and browsed directly too it and it shows up fine, looks like they've blocked the site...
Direct image works (https://s10.postimg.cc/6e2q4d609/crypta-sepultus-large.jpg)
Post image under Pending For Approval shoes Blank image symbol, however since browsing directly to the image, it has now appeared again under add post, so maybe it is temporary or their not happy with all the bandwidth being used???
April 11, 2017 at 6:52 pm #210877Looks like (https://imgur.com/) are the only ones that are showing up, as mentioned above though if you right click any blank image and copy image loction, then paste this into your browser, the image is there???
Does this mean (postimage), is now no good for images??
If so looks like image re-upload time, be great if everyone could upload their own post images to the necessary site, grab the links then send them to @monkseye for re-adding to the post. Along with the forum post link.
April 11, 2017 at 7:24 pm #210897@sc0rp9 all seem ok from my side 😀
Also we are going to keep image at our server from now
Working on that currently 😀April 11, 2017 at 8:27 pm #210937@sc0rp9 I had some issues just now with images from postimg not showing up too, try refreshing, they should load after that.
April 11, 2017 at 10:53 pm #211063Cool Stuff thanks @hunter must be my end, and that's an awesome idea, will definitely solve any future issues, all the best with that.
And thanks @nobdy I will refresh my pages and see what happens, I may clear my cache with probably my most used DOS command ipconfig /flushdns then delete my history and reload, I'm glad all is well.
After all that work from the site mods changing all those images, I wouldn't like to think that it would happen again, must be a shed load of work.
Thanks guys much appreciated.

April 11, 2017 at 11:02 pm #211071@sc0rp9 It's definitely time consuming. I was about to get really mad when I checked my personal uploads and none of the images loaded, but a refresh brought them up, so.. *shrug* =)
April 11, 2017 at 11:10 pm #211079@nobdy I can imagine, I'm kinda new here and panic stations still set in, must be a nightmare when loads of images/posts have been added.
And shed loads of work for the mods.
Still as you said, refresh worked, just need to remember to use my F5 button a bit more 🙂
Thanks for keeping me sane 😉
April 11, 2017 at 11:14 pm #211089April 12, 2017 at 2:48 am #211177lol apologies for late reply @nobdy i've been getting some bundles ready and PS went crazy on me, had to reboot and do the images in Illustrator, then it decided to work. think it was my RAM, not shut my PC down for days now, just, sleep, then wakey, wakey ere I am again, even the camera recognition login was going, oh no not you again 🙂
And yep I noticed you were fixing images too, fair play to ya, massive job, be cool when all images are self hosted though as @hunter mentioned, as this will never happen again, which is great and very much appreciated, it's not an easy job looking after a site, with all these vunerabilities and script kiddies trying to make the latest exploits work and I've just heard that thousands of routers firewalled or not in, Albania, India, and various other countries have been hit with a Botnet called Misfortune Cookie and they are specifcally targeting wordpress sites.
Wordfence is a great free plugin, that at least blocks site attacks like Directory traversal, and it's well worth installing.
I'm still finding my way around this great site though, and I'm guessing your a mod too :), great work to everyone involved, including your good self.
Time to add a tiny bit of support and add these bundles, they've only taken me a couple of hours each, Doh, although while watching Midnight Express for the hundreth time ;), so not all bad.
All the Best
sc0rp9April 12, 2017 at 8:10 am #211273@sc0rp9 lol Yeah, computers are so finicky.
> Botnet called Misfortune Cookie [...] targeting wordpress sites.
Hmm, that's disturbing. Hopefully Wordfence can handle it.Temporary position, but thank you for your kind words. =)
April 12, 2017 at 10:59 am #211397@nobdy your very welcome and thanks for accepting my friend request, have a good one 🙂
Look forward to speaking to you soon.
Best Wishes

April 13, 2017 at 2:16 am #211966Hey @everyone (sorry if that tag exists, used to get me in right trouble at my last job & was not intended for the recipient if they exist)
Anyway apologies if I freaked anyone out by mentioning hacked routers.
And I also apologies for high jacking this thread, though this is extremely important...
Ok to find out if your router is hacked or hackable via port 7547...
Go here...
Hopefully you are all good. If not just follow the instructions.
Be safe people.
Regards

June 2, 2017 at 10:29 pm #253980I wonder if there would be a way to automate this. Something like a script to find all of the broken image links and give you the URLs, a script to follow those URLs and download the images. A script to upload all of those images to NewHost using the same file name. And a script to add some kind of image check on the site - like if image link = OldHost/file.jpg, then change url to NewHost/file.jpg
June 3, 2017 at 9:33 am #254339AnonymousInactiveRank:@Hunter check the above comment 🙂
June 3, 2017 at 11:34 am #254393The source file are deleted ... so from where we get those image ??? automatically ???
