This is the EZ Lighting Wizard iClone Plugin by Bigboss.

This plugin provides the capability to assign and automatically position light sources around objects in a three-point lighting setup (Key, Fill, Back) and in alternative positions for making special effefts. Lights can be assigned to props and avatars as Key, Fill, Back, SideL, SideR, Top or Bottom light sources in an easy accessible grid table view. The plugin will automatically position the light around the selected object and make light parameter adjustments according to its intended function. Controls are also provided to move and make final adjustments to the selected light parameters according to your liking.
